Standard delivery

Standard delivery costs $4.99 USD per order. The fee is shown separately in your bag and checkout summary before you submit the order. It remains the same whether you choose one mask or several.

Preparation and dispatch

In-stock orders are generally prepared within one to three business days. We review the delivery details, prepare your products for travel and then send a dispatch update to the email address used at checkout. Delivery timing depends on destination and carrier route.

Checking your order

Please inspect the package on arrival. If it appears damaged, keep the outer packaging and take a clear photo before contacting us. Skincare should be stored away from heat and direct sunlight once delivered.

Returns

If an unopened product is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery with the order email and a short explanation. Return items need to be unopened, unused and in their original condition. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed.

For hygiene and safety, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless there is a product issue. If anything seems incorrect with your order, get in touch before disposing of the product or packaging.
